The burdock tempura, which is indispensable for noodle dishes in Fukuoka, is nicknamed "Goboten" locally. It is a cup woven with the umami of bonito broth and the scent of burdock, and it is attractive that you can enjoy the crisp texture and the gentle taste of broth twice.
