▮In summer, we meet the delicious taste of Munakata

 

You can enjoy the gourmet unique to the local area, which is the real pleasure of your trip, with plenty of local food. Please enjoy the treasure trove of food "Fukuoka / Munakata" with the seasonal menu. This summer, in addition to the Munakata beef steak, freshly fried tempura made with local Kanezaki natural Anako will also appear at dinner. For breakfast, you can enjoy a limited menu that is perfect for hot summers such as Chinese rice porridge of Munakata chicken, Munakata Akamoku & Oshima sweet summer noodles.

 

▮Experience making original mentaiko

It is decided to hold a gourmet experience program that can be enjoyed by children and adults! Under the supervision of the popular mentaiko store "Umeya" in Munakata, you can learn about the manufacturing process from the history of mentaiko, and enjoy the pickling experience with original flavors. You can enjoy the mentaiko you made at the buffet the next morning or take it home.

Happiyo Car is a mobile sales car that imitates the shape of a chick, introduced in February 2022 by the long-established confectionerie in Fukuoka, Hiyoko Honpo Yoshino-do, to commemorate the 125th anniversary of its founding. It is very popular with its lovely appearance! It's a special car with limited number, so it's also a memory of traveling in Fukuoka.◎

▮Shabonbon [Bubble Show] <Limited guests>

▮Food sample <parfait making> experience

 

It has been decided to hold an experience program that allows children and adults to play crazy! You can enjoy making food samples that originated in Japan. In addition to the parfait making experience, you can also see demonstrations such as tempura full of crispy feeling using old-fashioned wax and lettuce that reproduces the leaf veins. It is also perfect for making memories of summer vacation.◎
