In Mercure Fukuoka Munakata Resort & Spa, we are involved in seedling cultivation as an owner at Munakata Strawberry Farm, and staff are raising strawberries while participating in farm work. This fair is a fair where you can enjoy menus and arrangement menus using strawberries using strawberries and local strawberries grown in such a way. At the buffet, we offer menus that match the season and harvest conditions, such as smoothies, sauces, and sweets using strawberries. As part of our sustainable efforts, we also use non-standard strawberries.

In addition, with the progress of the season, the growth of strawberries is stable, and the fair content is gradually enriched. From February 14th, sweets using strawberries will start even at dinner time.

▮Rare astronomical show, Hokuto's water catch

 

Hokutonomizukumi Seaside Park next to Michi-no-Eki Munakata. From autumn to winter, you can see the "Hokuto no Mizuku", which looks like a Big Dipper in the shape of a shaku is draining water. This spectacle is located at latitude 33 to 34 degrees north and can only be seen in landscapes with horizons in the north. It is said that this condition is met as part of northern Kyushu in the world, including Munakata City.

▮Light Road, Sunset Festival

 

A light road that can be seen from the approach to Miyajidake Shrine every February and October. It is crowded with many worshipers to see a special moment at a glance. For about 20 days during the period, events will be held on and around the precincts at the sunset festival. Please drop in once.
