At our hotel, we purchased seedlings as an owner, and the staff participated in farm work such as planting and thinning, and grew strawberries with thought.
The strawberries grow and start a special project to deliver the strawberries grown by themselves to customers, starting in late December 2025.
In addition, the buffet restaurant actively utilizes "non-standard strawberry" as a source that does not appear on the market for reasons of appearance while keeping the taste as it is, and we have prepared a plan to allow customers to enjoy strawberries even in sustainable initiatives.
